My Cart and Payment Methods

After you browse on our web page and you have added the products you wish in your Cart, you can complete your order safe and fast without required sign up.

From “My Cart” icon on the top left of the page you can view the products you have added as well as their quantity. If you have added a product and it is not visible in your cart, you can click on Update Cart. If you have a promotional or discount coupon, you can enter the code at this point to apply the discount.

By choosing Proceed to Checkout, if you are a new user, you will be asked to fill in the BILLING DETAILS (First Name, Last Name, Address, e-mail etc). Please note that the fields marked with (*) are mandatory.

After you have filled in the above mentioned fields, you can click on the Create an account section and complete your registration (optional) so that you can save your details for future purchases. You will need to enter a password and your e-mail will be used as username. After the order is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the appropriate guidelines and information on your order. Please note that the payment details cannot be saved in your account.

If you wish to your order to be shipped to a different address from the one that you have entered in Billing details, you simply click on SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS and fill in the new information. The mandatory fields are marked with (*).

In the blank field at the bottom of the form you can add comments or important information you want us to know e.g. any special indications regarding delivery so that we can be of assistance.

In the right column, you can view the products you have selected to purchase along with their quantity which is marked as x1, x2 next to each product.

Finally, the shipping cost is calculated according to the region/country you have selected. The total amount includes the product cost and shipping charges.

My Account

This section is available only to registered users. If you have registered to our page, you can click on the My Account icon on the top left of the page. After you enter your username and password you will have access to your recent orders and their status or edit your billing and shipping addresses. In case you have forgotten your password, you can click on “I forgot my password” option and receive an e-mail that will allow you to set a new one.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose between our four different payment methods according to your preference:

– Bank Transfer (Valid only for orders shipping to Greece) You can deposit the total amount on our Bank Account. After you select Checkout you will be transferred on the page with all available information regarding your order (order number, date, total amount etc) and the available bank account details on where you can make the deposit. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details and the our Bank Account information for your convenience. For your best service please indicate your order number on deposit. – Payment upon delivery(Valid only for orders shipping to Greece): The final payment is made upon delivery and a confirmation e-mail will be sent as soon as we receive your order. Please note that there is an extra fee of 2.50 euros.

– PayPal: If you have an active PayPal account and click on Proceed to PayPal you will be redirected to the official gateway of PayPal to complete your transaction.

– Debit or Credit Card: After your order confirmation you will be redirected at the Piraeus Bank website in order to submit your card details to proceed with your order. After that you will redirected at our website once again for confirmation. Please note that the security of your transactions is achieved by using the SSL security certificates. The SSL is installed in our system and encrypts the data that are used during the transfer of payment (Piraeus Bank) where the control and the charge of your card is done. The entire transaction process is secured with data encryption SSL 256bit.

Please note that with the confirmation of your order, you agree with the Terms of Use as stated when you click the appropriate link after payment methods.

Shipping and Returns

Product Delivery Time

Your order (concerning stock products) will be delivered within 48 hours.

The orders are processed from Monday to Friday (except holidays).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will pass the approval stage, preparation and shipment on Monday.

Order Delay

If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you within a reasonable time period via email and/or phone to inform you regarding the reasons of the delay and the expected delivery time.

Shipping Methods and charges

The shipment rates will be calculated based on your country, area & zip code. Shipment rates will appear after you choose to see your cart.

Shipment to Greece

The delivery of your selected products is made by the cooperating transport company EASYMAIL for shipments in Athens & Thessaloniki to your place or wherever else you indicate to us.

For shipments to the rest of Greece outside Athens & Thessaloniki, deliveries are made by the cooperating transport company SPEEDEX.

Purchases over 50 euros do not incur shipping costs.

Shipment abroad

Your order will be shipped to your place or wherever you will indicate by the partner transportation company TNT.

Please note that if you choose the Payment upon delivery method, there is a 2.50 euros extra charge.

Returns

We carefully pack and check all of our products. However, in case of your order contains products which are defective or different from what you have ordered, we will replace them with no charge. To avoid any inconvenience, please kindly check after the delivery of the goods their situation, their packaging and their type in order to detect any obvious defects.

You have the right to return a product within 10 days from the reception date (according to the reception documents). We can accept the default products under the following conditions:

You have to enclose the original receipt of the purchase.

The products must be in the exact same condition as you received them.
